Availability
Sound Equine and Canine Care maintains a very flexible working schedule, including some weekend hours. Generally, working hours are between 7am and 5pm, with hours adjusting during the hot summer months.
Our first appointment
New clients can expect a phone consultation to discuss your animal's case prior to our first visit. If you have any diagnostic imaging from your Veterinarian please email the files before your appointment.
Have any Veterinary reccommendations and/or prescriptions available for review at appointment time. Be sure to plan at least an extra 15 minutes for case review and to allow your pet to become accustomed to our presence.
Each first-time appointment will include an assesment and recommended treatement plan.
Cancellations
When you cannot make an appointment, kindly contact us as soon as possible. You can cancel by Text (714-394-1720), Phone or Email.
Same day cancellations incur a $50 fee unless cancelled 24 hours before appointment time.
Referral appreciation sessions
Sound Equine & Canine Care always appreciates referrals! All concluded referrals will accure a $25 credit towards the referee's next treatment session.
