Sound Equine & Canine Care provides services for equine (horse) and canine (dog) conditioning and rehabilitation. Services are customized for the presenting condition, be it injury, surgery and neuromuscular rehabilitation, athletic fitness, or athletic improvement.
Overview
Every session is customized starting with the first session during which thorough evaluation includes conformation and gait assessment, range of motion measurement, review of all the factors ( for list of factors see" our philosophy") which influence your horse or dog, and review of current injury imaging provided by veterinarian if available. Treatment plan will be discussed along with exercise program suitable for your horse or dog conditioning or rehabilitation. Subsequent sessions will focus on treatments and re-evaluation to see what kind of improvements were accomplished. In some cases if we are treating an injury additional imaging may be requested after series of treatments to confirm how much healing has occurred.
